Finding Products
We make it easy to find products whether you know what you are looking for or just browsing!
A-Z Listing - If are looking for specifically named products you can search for them in this option. Access this list from the Home page and anywhere on the site.
Department - Browse our various product categories shown on the left side of the page. Just click on the specific category and you'll find a more detailed listing of products for that category and in some cases an even more detailed breakdown of the sub-categories. By organizing these product categories we increase your ability to find exactly what you are looking for.
Gift Ideas – Located in the upper right corner under Specials and Offers. Allows quick access to great gift ideas for that special someone, or maybe even yourself.
Search - The search box located in the lower left corner allows you to search for products by name or keyword anywhere in the name or description.
Ordering Online
Shopping online at EarthwiseBotanicals.com is completely safe and private. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on EarthwiseBotanicals.com’s secure server. It cannot be read in transit.
Shopping Cart Process – Once you have found a product you would like to purchase, just click on the “Buy” or “Add to Cart” button. This button can be found located next to any product. If you would like to continue shopping, just select the "Continue Shopping" button. When you have completed shopping choose the "Check Out" button, to complete your purchase.
Payment by Credit Card – We accept Visa and MasterCard for sales. The credit card will not be billed until the items that you ordered are shipped. Once an order is fulfilled the credit card number is immediately masked and cannot be fully accessed even by us.
Pick-Up In Store – For your convenience we have the option for you make your order online and pick it up at the store. Internet orders that have “Pick-Up” as their shipping option, will be available for pick-up at our Scottsdale, AZ store after you have received email notification that it is ready. The address and directions to the store are located under The Store link at the top of the page, then click Location & Map. Please bring in a copy of your Confirmation email when picking up your order.
Ordering Offline
If you are hesitant about placing your order online, you can always order by phone, fax, or mail.
Order by Phone – Call us at 480-970-6157 or Toll-Free at 866-970-6157 during customer service hours: Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm MST (Arizona time). If you know the items you'd like to purchase, please have the name of the item and information handy.
Order by Fax or Mail – For fastest processing of your Fax or Mail order, we recommend utilizing the printable order form when submitting mail in check or money order purchases. Place your order in the shopping cart and then click the “Fax/Mail Orders” option and print the form and either fax to 480-970-6156 or send your order to the address below. We recommend you keep a copy for your records. In order to accommodate our customers without credit cards, we also accept check and money order by post. If paying by check or money order, your order may be held until the payment clears with the bank.

Sales Tax
Orders sent to Arizona State will automatically be charged 7.7% sales tax. Other USA and International destinations are not charged sales tax.
Shipping & Delivery
United States - When you select “Standard Shipping,” your order will be sent to you via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on cost. This is to ensure that shipping costs will be less for you, as it is based on order weight and location being shipped to. When you select “Expedited Shipping,” your order will be sent via UPS 2nd Day Air only if the cost is less than USPS Priority Mail, as Priority mail delivery is commonly 2 days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, along with APO and FPO addresses are sent to you via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
We don’t want you to be charged an inaccurate shipping rate. For this reason we only list the typical shipping rate when you are making an order and we will then charge the exact amount of shipping once the order is shipped. We will notify you of exact shipping costs and the amount to be charged to your credit card at time of shipping. If necessary, we may contact you with costs and transit time and ask you to decide which shipping option and cost you would prefer.
Our goal is to ship the same day if they are received by 12pm MST, provided the items ordered are in stock. If you request Next Day or 2nd Day Air and we receive your order before 12pm MST, it will be shipped the same day, provided the items ordered are in stock. Orders received after 12pm MST will be shipped the next business day.

Inernational – All orders are shipped by air via UPS International. Rates are based on the order weight and the country.
Order Delivery & Backorders
Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders placed before 12pm MST, whether placed online or via mail, phone, or fax, are usually shipped the same business day if the item is in stock. You will be contacted by email if an item is out of stock to allow you to determine if you want the order shipped or held until the item becomes available. If after 1 month we are unsuccessful in obtaining an ordered item, we will cancel the item off of your order and credit your account. You may also contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund.
Order Status & Tracking
You will be sent confirmation of your online order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. When your order ships, you will also be sent a package tracking number (UPS orders only) and date of departure with instructions on how to track your package. If you have any questions or problems with tracking your package, email us at orders@earthwisebotanicals.com. Please remember to include all relevant order details.
Returns
If you decide to return an order for any reason, your credit card account will be credited, minus shipping. Or, if you have paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed out to you promptly. We only accept unopened items in good condition, as the majority of the items sold here are consumables and once opened can’t be resold. Send the item in its original packaging with a copy of the original sales invoice or order number within 30 days of purchase. Please contact orders@earthwisebotanicals.com with your order information and reason for return prior to shipping the package.
